About Me

I help team-sport athletes and runners become faster, more explosive, stronger, and exceptionally agile—so they can perform when it matters most.

My coaching experience spans high-performance environments across AFL, Rugby Union, Rugby League, running, and football, as well as athletes simply looking to improve their strength, fitness, and overall athleticism. Whether you're chasing elite performance or personal progress, the goal is the same: better movement, better training, better results.

What sets my approach apart is how I train agility.

In team sports, agility isn’t just about changing direction—it’s about reacting, reading the play, and making the right decision under pressure. I specialise in integrating perception and decision-making into agility training, two critical components that are often overlooked but make all the difference on game day.

My journey into coaching started on the field hockey pitch.

I played field hockey for Waverley Hockey Club in the Victorian Premier League for 8 years, representing Victoria at multiple national championships and being part of two gold medal-winning teams. Those experiences shaped how I understand performance—not just physically, but mentally and tactically.

Alongside my practical coaching experience, I hold a Master’s in High Performance Sport and a Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sport Science. These qualifications underpin my coaching with a strong scientific foundation, ensuring everything I do is best-practice and focused on real-world performance.
