Kickstart your training and performance journey with this 3-phase, 12-week program.

Set big goals, learn how to train effectively, and elevate your athletic performance.

Option for ongoing coaching beyond the 12 weeks.

The program is built around three, 4-week phases:

1. Basics and Behaviours​
2. Implementation and Intensity
3. Perform and Progress​

​Inclusions:​​

✅ Detailed and evidence-based goal setting, with habit identification and behaviour change strategies.

✅ Individualised strength and conditioning program, built to suit your needs around your sport and events.
​
✅ Nutrition guidance to support your athletic performance. Build muscle and reduce fat to perform at your best. 
​
Injury Support
 Swift program revision, new goals set, and collaboration with your rehabilitation practitioner. 
​
Rehab Reassurance
If you become injured during the 12-Week Athletic Performance Pursuit, I will reimburse you $35 for your first three appointments to either a Physiotherapist, Osteopath, or Massage Therapist.

30 Day Guarantee
 If in the first 30 days you feel that my coaching is not a good fit for you, I will refund 100% of your investment.
The only condition is that you have completed each of the weekly check-in's up until that point.

The pricing for the Athletic Performance Pursuit may vary depending on the services required. This is to ensure you get the best value for money. Some people may require more thorough coaching in additional areas, which requires a higher cost.
